Become a Kideon

For decades, adults have been blessed with finding the Word of God in hotel rooms. And for many, reading it has changed their lives forever.

Although most hotels house a Gideon Bible, there’s little evidence that kids traveling with parents and grandparents pick up and read the plain, 1-color book. That’s why HoneyWord Kideons (for Kids of all ages) are placing the easy-to-understand, 4-color HoneyWord Bible (from Tyndale House Publishers) in all 7 million hotel rooms in North America.

Every 12 months more than a billion travelers stay in hotels throughout the U.S. and Canada, and studies indicate that more than 5% (50 million) will pick up and read whatever is in their nightstand drawer.

To date HoneyWord Kideons have placed over 6,000 HoneyWord Bibles in hotels across 28 states. This has been accomplished by local churches holding “HoneyWord Sundays” to raise support and rally children (along with their parents) to deliver HoneyWord Bibles to hotels near their church.
